I found the website easy to use and the wide range of products available for train enthusiast of all ages was great.
I ordered a customised station sign for my 5 year old and a station sign with arrows directing to the trains.
I missed inputing my son’s name on the customised station sign with my order, and within minutes of submitting my order, I received a telephone call and an email from the proprietor advising me of this.
It was no trouble to complete this over the phone with my sons name and layout.
I also asked of other sites and clubs that my son could join and I was directed to the relevant website that was train related for 5 year olds.
The proprietor certainly had a lot of knowledge of trains/locomotives/current fleet
The service was exceptional. I received tracking updates of my order and within days of placing my order I was pleased to receive it earlier than I expected. Delivery was fast and free.
